You will book your colonic first and then you can choose to add on a 30 min lymph massage before or after your session. The lymph massage helps deepen the detox preparing the body before the colonic and continuing the cellular cleansing if done after the session.
You will complete your colonic first and then we will infuse the lower bowel with an organic coffee designed specifically for coffee enemas. This session is best suited to those working on a liver cleansing protocol (liver flush or taking herbs to support liver health already) , following an elimination diet ,or parasite cleanse.
